Nicole started her Roller Derby career in 2011 when she joined a local Bakersfield, Ca. female team, then when that team decided to no longer exist she transferred to the Bakersfield Diamond Divas, and has been skating with them for 3 years. Nicole also helps coach for the Diamond City Minors, and has accompanied them to Champs the last 2 years, bringing home the number 1 spot in 2017.

Nicole has been involved with Junior Roller Derby since 2012, and has been actively involved in every aspect of gaming, contracting and instilling character, confidence, leadership and social interaction. Not only is she teaching the game of roller derby, she is teaching respect, manners and community service to these young individuals.

In Nicole’s personal life she works as a Behavioral Health Clinical Case Manager. She is very experienced in crisis and relationship management, conflict resolution and developing policies and procedures and ensuring proper compliance. She is very excited to join the JRDA as the HR Director and utilize her education, skills and experience to build up the association’s effectiveness and build on future growth.
