JRDA follows The Rules of Flat Track Roller Derby – officially licensed by WFTDA  - with some changes to meet the specific needs of youth athletes.  

The Rules have been combined with the JRDA Addenda into one document, The Rules of Flat Track Roller Derby, JRDA Edition.
